::YES!!! Here's my own spot. I'm a dude from BROOKLYN with a voice, ambition, determination and BALLS (two of 'em). I found radio COMPLETELY by accident while attending MOREHOUSE COLLEGE and realized IMMEDIATELY that it, along with media/entertainment as a whole, was the career path for me. I'm a genuine and sincere asshole. This includes a mixture of arrogant, cocky, and sarcastic...I'm not going to say I'm QUIRKY or WEIRD because that's definitely overrated...but I will say I'm not your TYPICAL BLACK GUY (outside of liking FRIED CHICKEN & WATERMELON...jokes), nor do I sound like him (according to a select few). I wear prescription color contact lenses [sometimes] (idc about letting you know they're fake if asked while I'm wearing 'em because I dig the shit out of 'em and, I don't know, for some strange reason on earth...that's all that matters). I like Hip-Hop, R&B, Alternative, Rock, and basically anything else in any genre as long as it can make me have an EARGASM. JAMES DEAN ROCKS! As far as this blog and my career goals...simply put: there is a new wave of pop culture being incubated as we speak and I intend to be a part of it. This includes a new generation of radio icons, t.v. personalities and music greats intending to take on pop culture by storm giving the entertainment "game" a new face. For me...this is where it begins. This isn't a dream, this IS an aspiration and this most definitely isn't at all JUST a hobby. More than anything...IT'S J. WILLIAMS!!! (.com, haha). got bored, AGAIN…but it made me think. I do want to be with her, but I guess I just don’t want it that bad…especially when some other nigga is taking you to the movies and you KNOW I’m trying to get back with you. I understand there is no commitment in “trying”, but hey, I’m new at this. I tried and I thought that I did a good job, but to quote the famous Chris Crocker, “YOU GIVE ME MY RIGHTS, I’M NOT GONNA BEG YOU!!!” (replace “rights” with “relationship” and you’re on the same page as me.) anyways, that just goes to prove my point that I’ve been trying to stress all along…I’m not AT ALL the relationship type. I OFFICIALLY THROW IN THE TOWEL! feel free to have sex with me, though.

Chris Brown was the big winner at the American Music Awards on Sunday night, surprising himself most of all. “I don’t know what to say. I would have given it to Coldplay,” said Brown, who won artist of the year, male pop/rock artist and male soul/R&B artist. Kanye West, Alicia Keys, Rihanna and Chris Brown walked away with trophies at the fifth annual American Music Awards last night (November 23) in California. Hosted by comedian Jimmy Kimmel, Sunday’s ceremony took place at Los Angeles’ Nokia Theater and sparked a fusion of urban music wins with mega superstar performances from artists including Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Ne-Yo, Leona Lewis, Pussycat Dolls and more. Winning the evening’s first award, rumored love couple Rihanna and Brown nabbed “Favorite Female Soul/R&B Artist” along with “Favorite Female Pop/Rock Artist” and “Favorite Male Pop/Rock Artist,” respectfully. The male superstar would later lead the show’s awards winning “Artist of the Year” and “Favorite Male Soul/R&B Artist.” Despite leading the night with five nominations, Keys only went home with two trophies for her multi-platinum 2007 release, As I Am, winning “Favorite R&B/Soul Album” and “Favorite Pop/Rock Album.” Competing against frequent collaborator, Lil’ Wayne, Kanye also grabbed two awards winning “Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Album” and “Favorite Male Rap/Hip-Hop Artist” for last year’s Graduation.
